HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR FAVOURITE PRODUCTS
STEP 1
Signing up for a subscription order can be done while browsing on a product page. Select the Subscribe and Save option for your desired product & your preferred delivery time-frame.
STEP 2
Check out as normal and Save 5% on future orders.
STEP 3
Login to your account and select My Subscriptions from the left-hand menu to view your active subscriptions. There is no limit on how many items you can have.

The service is easy to use and is customisable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we’ll take it from there. There is no limit on how many items you can have.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR SUBSCRIBE & SAVE AND WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
Signing up for a subscription order is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in your basket. To subscribe:
- Simply select the Subscribe & Save option for your desired product
- Select your preferred delivery time-frame
- Checkout as normal
- After you sign up for a Subscribe & Save order you will receive an email to confirm this.
We will place your Subscribe & Save orders automatically with your selected time-frames, and you will only be billed on the day the order is sent.
You will also receive email notifications about other information related to your Subscription Order account, such as if you cancel your subscription and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
CAN I COLLECT POINTS AND USE THEM ON MY SUBSCRIBE & SAVE ORDERS?
You will still collect 2 points for every £1 spent, the same as usual orders.
We are so sorry but it’s not currently possible to use your points to pay for Subscribe & Save items. You can, however, use points as payment towards one-off purchases.
HOW DO I AMEND MY ORDER OR SKIP A DELIVERY FOR MY SUBSCRIBE & SAVE ORDER
Visit ‘My subscriptions’ located within your account. You can also add to your order. We are so sorry but it’s not currently possible to change order frequency or skip deliveries within your account. You must cancel the individual items you no longer require and set up a new subscription.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIBE & SAVE ORDER FOR AN ITEM
Log in to your online account, then on the left-hand menu select ‘Subscribe & Save’.
Select ‘Cancel ’ next to the product that you wish to cancel.
You will then get an email to confirm that your repeat order has been cancelled.
Please allow up to 24 hours for any changes or cancellations to be processed.
Please note that when you remove an item: the item will be removed from your next delivery and you will not be charged, this takes 24 hours to update once requested.
