SUBSCRIBE & SAVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

1.1    Subscribe & Save is a subscription service offered by JASON. JASON reserve the right to change the repeat order benefits, the discount amount and delivery cost at any time. Subscribe & Save items will ship automatically based on the frequency you select until you cancel. By placing your order you are authorising us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency you have selected.

1.2    You can change the frequency or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the My Subscriptions section; which can be found in My Account. On all subscription orders you will qualify for free standard delivery on orders over £25. You’ll receive a 5% discount for all subscription orders.

1.3    Your first order and subsequent orders are excluded from free delivery unless you spend the following: more than £25 for Free Standard UK delivery.

1.4    All other orders will be subject to delivery charges as detailed in Delivery and Returns.

1.5    Subscribe and Save not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, voucher codes cannot be applied to subscription orders.

 

2. ELIGIBLE PURCHASES

2.1 Only items marked with the ‘Subscribe & Save’ on product pages will qualify for Subscribe & Save benefits.

 

3. TERMINATION

3.1 We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you.

 

4. OUT OF STOCK SUBSCRIPTIONS

4.1 If an item is out-of-stock, the current order is skipped, and it will be created successfully in the next billing cycle when stock becomes available. If there are several SKUs in the initial subscription order, the recurring ones will be created as separate orders for each SKU. If an item is out-of-stock, all orders for the in-stock ones will be created successfully.

 

5. REWARD POINTS

5.1    Reward Points automatically earned on subscription orders based on the discounted amount and excludes delivery charges.

5.2    Earned points cannot be applied to subscription orders, Customer must make a separate one-time purchase to apply earned points at checkout. Find out more.
